Licensed in both CA and NV, Ronald is a Professional Mechanical Engineer with 30+ years of experience in the machine design field including the following industries: Theme Park Ride and Show, OEM Recreational and Off-Road Vehicles and On Road Vehicles. Skills and attributes include extensive and varied mechanical engineering knowledge, master problem solver and precise communicator with outstanding organizational skills. Ronald has taken on large challenges in safety critical vehicle and theme park ride systems that demanded success and delivered in every aspect. Ronald holds several patents and is skilled in developing novel solutions to mechanical engineering challenges.

A long-time aerial attractions professional, Mandy serves as an active member of the ASTM F24 Committee for Amusement Rides and Attractions. She has also served on the Executive Boards of the Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT) and The Alliance Collaborative. Overseeing processes and systems that ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulatory needs, Mandy focuses on facilitating start to finish planning and excellent communication with all parties involved in clients’ projects, both internal and external. She serves as the CEO for Experiential Resources (ERi), the parent company for ER3 Engineering.

Specializing in the design of zipline and aerial adventure technology, Todd has decades of experience delivering products that meet specific client and project needs, with a wealth of knowledge in structural design and guest experience. Todd invented the hydraulic zipline in 2001, enabling universal access for riders, regardless of ability. In addition to developing several designs for custom zipline trolleys, Todd holds patents for a zipline braking system and a bracket system for a modular, geodesic tower. He’s served on the Executive Board of the ACCT and the Board of Directors for the Professional Ropes Course Association (PRCA).
